Samsung Galaxy Z Flip Random Screen Cracking and Black outs

Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is currently investigating Samsung over reports of a defect in their Galaxy Z Flip smartphones causing screen cracking and black outs. Samsung Z Flip users report that, despite being marketed as a phone with a “tougher” and “more compact” design than other devices due to its foldable nature, these devices often experience cracking and related screen defects. Many owners describe finding their previously undamaged devices with cracks along the screen fold, dead pixels and black blots around the screen, and/or loss of touch screen sensitivity. These symptoms often lead to the complete failure of the screen, which renders the entire device unusable.

Despite being made aware of this defect impacting its consumer base, Samsung has failed to address and offer remediation. Migliaccio & Rathod stands with consumers and the law, both of which expect manufacturers’ products to meet their marketed standards.
