Sony PlayStation 5 Defective Liquid Cooling Seal Investigation

Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is currently involved in the Sony PlayStation 5 Defective Liquid Cooling Seal Investigation. According to reports from tech repair shops, PlayStation 5’s that are set up in their vertical position, which Sony advises is no different than leaving it in its horizontal position, are at increased risk of internal damage. This is because a defective seal that fails to properly keep in place the console’s liquid cooling has a greater chance of leaking the cooling material so that it may move around inside the console due to gravity’s pull and interfere or permanently damage internal components. Repair engineers state that signs of this failure include overheating, loud fan noises due to inadequate cooling, and console shutdowns while playing.
