2019-2020 Ram 2500, 3500, 4500, 5500 Fuel Pump Failure Investigation

Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is currently investigating the 2019-2020 Ram 2500, 3500, 4500, and 5500 trucks for high-pressure fuel pump failures. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has opened a probe into Ram trucks equipped with the Cummins 6.7-liter diesel engine. The number of vehicles that could be affected by this problem is 604,651. Owners have reported that their vehicles have stalled while driving on the highway, a problem that, according to the NHTSA, could lead to “permanent disablement of the vehicle.” One owner to whom this issue has happened stated that repair costs were in the $20,000 range.
