Honda Radar Sensor Defect Investigation

Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is currently investigating various Honda models between model years 2018 and 2020, for faulty radar sensors that deactivate the vehicle’s safety systems. Honda owners report sudden deactivation of their collision mitigation braking system. Honda’s safety suite, named Honda Sense, aids their vehicles’ various safety features, including radar-adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, and pre-collision system that can automatically apply the car’s brakes to avoid a crash. Faulty radar sensors can lead to sudden braking, deceleration, and acceleration. Customer complaints include the Honda Civic, CR-V, Accord, Pilot, Passport, and Odyssey.
