Wellbeing Nutrition Melts Investigation

Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is investigating whether Wellbeing Nutrition misleads consumers about the effectiveness of its dissolvable vitamin and supplement strips.

Wellbeing Nutrition advertises its melts products as 100% bioavailable and promotes their superior absorption with conventional supplements.

However, a supplement from Wellbeing Nutrition dissolving in the mouth quickly does not necessarily establish that its active ingredients will produce the advertised effects within minutes. Other ingredients may be swallowed with saliva and absorbed through the digestive system, much like conventional supplements.

Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is investigating whether Wellbeing Nutrition’s claims about complete absorption, superior bioavailability, and scientifically established benefits accurately represents its products’ absorption speed and advertised benefits.

Consumers May Have Experienced:

  • No noticeable difference in effectiveness compared with conventional vitamin pills, gummies, or supplements;
  • Sleep, energy, or other benefits being slower-than-advertised;
  • Paying more for Wellbeing Nutrition than for comparable supplements because of their advertised advantages/benefits.

Potential Claims May Include:

  • False or misleading advertising due to representations that Wellbeing Nutrition provides substantially greater bioavailability than traditional supplements;
  • Misrepresentation of product benefits;
  • Misleading scientific representations;
  • Consumer-protection law violations.

Signs You May Be Affected:

  • You purchased Wellbeing Nutrition melt products based on representations about complete nutrient absorption, superior bioavailability, and/or clinically proven benefits.
