Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is involved in the Bull Stockwell & Allen Architects Data Breach Investigation that affected an undetermined number of individuals and their personal information.
On January 22, 2024, Bull Stockwell & Allen Architects (“BSA”) discovered a cybersecurity incident that caused a network disruption. Subsequently, BSA conducted an investigation that uncovered a cybercriminal had stolen the personally identifiable information of its former and current employees and their spouses. Although BSA failed to disclose the timing and duration of the data breach, the compromised information includes the following:
- Medical Information
- Physical Addresses
- Dates of Birth
- Social Security Numbers, including Spouse Social Security Numbers
- Driver’s License Numbers
- Passport Numbers

Bull Stockwell & Allen Architects recently sent a notice letter to affected employees informing them of the data breach. All of the information stolen is likely valuable and dangerous to affected victims. As is likely to be the case with the BSA data breach, in previous cyber-attacks, victims of data theft have noticed identity theft attempts ranging from fraudulent charges on bank accounts or credit cards, to unauthorized credit card applications, to medical services or government services ordered in their name, to their information being posted on the dark web, to a massive uptick in the number of spam text messages, calls and emails received.
