On August 19, 2023, Singing River Health Systems became aware of a network disruption that occurred on or about August 16, 2023 – August 18, 2023, by which unauthorized access to its data was obtained. This information includes: name, date of birth, address, Social Security number, medical information, and health insurance information.
Singing River Health System recently began informing individuals of this breach through a mailed notice letter. All of the information stolen is likely valuable and dangerous to affected victims.
