Straight Talk iPhone Shipping Delay Investigation

Migliaccio & Rathod is currently investigating Straight Talk for failing to deliver purchased Straight Talk iPhones to online buyers. Straight Talk had advertised the 64GB Apple iPhone SE for as low as $49 with the purchase of a monthly plan, which is a significantly lower price than that of iPhones offered on Apple’s website and by other retailers. Straight Talk, a mobile virtual network operator offering prepaid wireless phone plans with no contract, utilizes other companies’ existing cell towers to offer lower-cost phones and plans. Yet many consumers who have purchased the iPhone from Straight Talk online report never receiving the phone they paid for. Some orders show the order status as “pending remote fulfillment” with no guarantee of a time frame in which the purchased phone will be delivered, and no refund from Straight Talk, whereas others report their orders being cancelled with no explanation from Straight Talk.

Have you purchased an iPhone from Straight Talk online and have yet to receive your order?

If so, we would like to hear from you. Please complete the contact form on this page, send us an email at [email protected], or give us a call at (202) 470-3520 for a free consultation.
