Lenovo Flex 5 Ryzen Sleep Mode Defect

Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is currently investigating the Lenovo Flex 5 (with AMD Ryzen processor) for an alleged defect that causes the laptop to be unable to wake from sleep mode. After finding that their laptop refuses to wake, customers report needing to force a shutdown by holding down the power button or waiting for the battery to die before it will reboot, both of which cause unsaved projects to be lost. When the laptop does reboot there are often numerous drivers that need to be reinstalled and the user may find they are unable to adjust screen brightness, among other issues.
