2021-2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Power Steering Defect

Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is currently investigating the 2021-2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Power Steering Defect. Owners report a sudden loss of power steering, which leads to difficulty when attempting to turn the wheel. The power steering failure is random, but drivers are alerted via messages on their dashboard that the car has lost power steering capability. Common complaints report owners attempt to pull the vehicle toward the side of the road, in order to get out of harm’s way and restart the vehicle. Though the safety notifications disappear upon restart and the vehicle appears to again be back to normal, the loss of power steering returns. Despite numerous complaints on the National Highway Traffic Safety Administrations’ website, there has not yet been a recall issued.
