Investigation of False Advertising for Vava Projectors

Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is currently investigating Vava for false advertising in their Vava 4k Ultra Short Throw Laser TV. Recently, their competitor Epson filed a case against Vava claiming that these projectors have nearly 250 percent less lumens than those advertised by the company. Essentially, the case alleges that brightness of the projector is substantially weaker than the quality for which it is represented. The lawsuit alleges that these misrepresentations hinder consumers them from making well educated and informed projector purchases from Vava.
