Volkswagen Atlas and Audi Fuel Leak Investigation

Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is currently investigating Volkswagen for their 2018- 2020 Atlas SUVs and Audi for their 2013-2016 Audi A8, S6, S7, S8, and RS7 vehicles over allegations of unregulated fuel leakage out of or near the area of the fuel injectors. These suspected defective fuel injectors increase the risk of fire more than other potential areas for leakage due to contact with hot engine components. Owners and lessees report that their vehicles, when experiencing the leak, illuminate warning lights, emit fuel odors, and directly, visibly spew fuel onto the engine and the ground. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has opened an investigation into the potential defect.

Do you have a 2018-2020 VW Atlas SUV or 2013-2016 Audi A8, S6, S7, S8, and RS7 experiencing a fuel leak?

If so, we would like to hear from you. Please complete the questionnaire below or, for more information, send us an email at [email protected] or call us at (202) 470-3520.
