Samsung Galaxy S20 FE Touchscreen Response Defect

Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is currently investigating the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE for touch response issues. The device is Samsung’s slightly less expensive variant of the S20 series of flagship phones and retails for $699. Some owners have reported touchscreen issues, from unresponsive screens, to erratic touch inputs that cause the software to react in unwanted or unexpected ways. In the most severe cases, owners have had to restart the device in order to have a functioning touchscreen again. Firmware updates have, thus far, not solved the problem.

Since modern smartphones depend on touch inputs for navigability and functionality, having a defective touchscreen potentially renders a smartphone completely unusable.

Is the touchscreen on your Samsung Galaxy S20 FE unresponsive or registering incorrect touch inputs?
