Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is investigating the DMS Health Technologies data breach. This breach impacted at least three healthcare providers: Sanford Health, Avera, and Monument Health. The Sanford Health cybersecurity incident affected over 21,111 patients. Avera affected about 1,500 patients. Monument Health affected about 2,500 patients. DMS Health Technologies posted notice of the data breach this past June. However, Sanford Health patients were notified in September 2023 (sample notice here). Patients may have received a separate notice from Sanford Health.
