Lipo Flavonoid Earwax Cleansing Kit Investigation

Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is investigating whether Lipo Flavonoid Earwax Cleansing Kit & Aid Drops was advertised using misleading claims about its ability to quickly dissolve earwax, prevent future buildup, and provide clinically tested results.

The product has been marketed as dissolving earwax in as little as three minutes, helping prevent future buildup, and being the “#1 ENT Doctor Recommended” earwax cleansing product. However, in September 2026, the National Advertising Division (NAD) found that the evidence submitted did not adequately support several of these claims. NAD determined that the three-minute testing did not reflect typical consumer use, the evidence did not establish that the cleansing solution prevented future buildup, and the clinical-testing and doctor-recommendation claims lacked adequate support for the specific product.

Migliaccio & Rathod is investigating whether consumers purchased Lipo Flavonoid Earwax Cleansing Kit & Aid Drops based on misleading promises about its effectiveness, clinical testing, or physician recommendations and paid for benefits that may not be delivered as advertised.

Consumers May Have Experienced:

  • Purchasing the product because it was advertised as dissolving earwax in as little as three minutes;
  • Expecting the formula to prevent future earwax buildup;
  • Relying on claims that the product was clinically tested;
  • Believing the specific earwax cleansing kit was recommended by ENT doctors; or
  • Not experiencing the advertised earwax removal or prevention benefits.

Potential Claims May Include:

  • Misleading representations concerning earwax removal effectiveness;
  • False advertising regarding prevention of future earwax buildup;
  • Misleading clinical-testing or physician-endorsement claims;
  • Breach of express warranty; or
  • Violations of state consumer protection laws.

Signs You May Be Affected:

  • You purchased Lipo Flavonoid Earwax Cleansing Kit & Aid Drops;
  • You relied on its advertised three-minute earwax removal claim;
  • You purchased it expecting to prevent future earwax buildup;
  • You relied on its clinical-testing or ENT recommendation claims;
  • The product did not provide the benefits you expected; or
  • You have receipts, packaging, or photographs of the product.
