Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is investigating whether certain Rolex Certified Pre-Owned watches may have been sold with aftermarket, non-genuine, or undisclosed replacement components despite representations concerning their authenticity and servicing.
Rolex makes specific representations regarding watches sold through its Certified Pre-Owned program. Rolex states that Certified Pre-Owned watches are authenticated, fully serviced, inspected component-by-component, fitted with genuine replacement parts when necessary, and backed by a two-year international guarantee. Rolex further represents that watches in the program are genuinely authentic. Pasted markdown
