Fox Pest Control Billing and Missed Service Investigation

Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is investigating whether Fox Pest Control has improperly charged customers for pest-control services they never received and imposed cancellation penalties on consumers attempting to end their contracts.

In an August 2026 review posted to the Better Business Bureau, a Fox Pest Control customer reported that home security cameras showed the company charged for two treatments that never occurred. The customer said Fox refunded the disputed payments but warned that canceling the contract would incur a $300 fee.

In its public response, Fox Pest Control acknowledged that a scheduling-system error prevented the services from being scheduled as intended and confirmed it refunded the July and August payments.

Other consumers have complained about missed appointments, continued billing, and early termination fees. In one September 2026 response, Fox Pest Control agreed to remove a disputed $250 cancellation fee.

Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is investigating whether Fox Pest Control’s scheduling, billing, and cancellation practices have caused consumers to pay for services they did not receive.
