Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is investigating reports of premature foundation cracking in homes built between 2019 and 2024 in Northern New York. Concrete used in some of these homes may contain dolomitic aggregates prone to alkali-carbonate reaction. This chemical reaction can cause internal expansion within concrete, leading to premature cracking, loss of structural integrity, and foundation deterioration.
