- Receiving items that did not match the description or condition listed on Adorama’s website
- Receiving items that appeared to be used, previously owned, repackaged, or refurbished, despite being advertised as new
- Receiving products labeled as new where the serial number is already registered, missing, or inconsistent with the new inventory
