Reported Issues: 

Consumers report: 

  • Temperature inconsistencies, where the heater either overheats or fails to produce enough heat 
  • The death or injury of their fish due to sudden spikes in water temperature 
  • Their heater exploding, cracking, or shattering in the water, posing safety concerns for the consumer and their pet 
  • Sudden death of their fish or other aquatic pet linked to the heater short-circuiting
