On July 8, 2024, Berman and Rabin discovered suspicious activity on certain computer systems within its environment. Subsequently, Berman and Rabin conducted an investigation, which concluded on October 8, 2024, and uncovered a cybercriminal had stolen the personally identifiable information contained on the firm’s computer system. Berman and Rabin has not provided specific details on the compromised information taken during the data breach but it possibly includes the following:
- Full name,
- Social Security Number,
- contact information, and
- date of birth

Berman and Rabin recently mailed notice of the data breach to impacted parties. All of the information stolen is likely valuable and dangerous to affected victims.
