Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is involved in the Hasz Fund Control, Inc. (“Hasz”) data breach investigation. According to Hasz’s notice letter, individual data taken includes name, address, social security number, date of birth, driver’s license number, health insurance information, medical information, financial account information, taxpayer identification number, username and password, and vehicle license plate number. The security incident occurred in late March 2023, affecting an unknown number of people.
