See Tickets (Vivendi Ticketing, US LLC) Data Breach Investigation

Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is investigating the data breach of See Tickets (part of Vivendi Ticketing, US LLC). The data breach impacted over 320,000 individuals’ personal information. Between February 28, 2023, and July 2, 2023, an unauthorized third party breached Vivendi Ticketing’s computer system, stealing individuals’ personal information, including their financial account numbers or credit/debit card numbers (in combination with the security codes, access codes, passwords, or PINs for their accounts). Vivendi Ticketing recently began informing individuals on or about September 5, 2023, through a written notification letter. All of the information stolen is likely valuable and dangerous to affected victims. In previous data breaches, victims of data theft have noticed identity theft attempts ranging from fraudulent charges on bank accounts or credit cards, to unauthorized credit card applications, to medical services or government services ordered in their name, to their information being posted on the dark web, to a massive uptick in the number of spam text messages, calls and emails received.
