Migliaccio & Rathod, LLP, is investigating Hatch Bank for releasing sensitive customer information in a data breach. Based in San Marcos, California, Hatch Bank is a financial services provider. On or around February 7, 2023, an unauthorized third party hacked into Hatch Bank’s servers, gaining access to customer names & Social Security numbers (SSNs). Hatch Bank is only now notifying affected customers.
