Migliaccio & Rathod, LLP, is investigating Eureka Casino, officially named Rancho Mesquite Casino, Inc. Based in Mesquite, Nevada, Eureka Casino is an employee-owned hotel and casino. According to Eureka, hackers had access to its systems from November 9, 2022 to November 13, 2022. The data stolen by the hackers included names, Social Security numbers, and financial account numbers or debit/credit card numbers (in combination with security code, password, or PIN from the account).
