Based in Allentown, Pennsylvania, the Leigh Valley Health Network is a healthcare provider. On February 6, 2023, the Lehigh Valley Health Network discovered a data breach on its servers. Patients’ names, addresses, medical information, and even Social Security numbers (SSNs) could possibly have been leaked, although much remains unknown. The Lehigh Valley Health Network has only recently begun contacting affected people.
