Contaminated Fabuloso Cleaning Products Investigation

Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is investigating the company Fabuloso after its cleaning products were recalled over a risk of bacteria contamination, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. The manufacturer of the Fabuloso, The Colgate-Palmolive Company, was forced to recall about 4.9 million bottles in the U.S. and about 56,000 in Canada including several types of Fabuloso Multi-Purpose Cleaner produced from Dec. 14 to Jan. 23 and sold at major retailers like Dollar General and Walmart. The bacteria found could cause serious infections in people who have weakened immune systems, external medical devices or underlying lung conditions, according to the safety commission. M&R wants to hold Fabuloso and The Colgate-Palmolive Company responsible for the sale of this contaminated product.
