Defective HP 17-by4061nr Laptop Investigation

Migliaccio & Rathod is currently investigating the HP 17-by4061nr Laptop for alleged issues of catastrophic failure. Customers have reported that their laptops die without warning, including when they are closed or otherwise not in use. Repair attempts after the fact often fail as the problem appears to be caused by extreme heat and results in damage to the hard drive and/or logic board. Some customers have reported that their laptops died as soon as six weeks after purchase, but this defect can manifest without warning at any time. Migliaccio & Rathod wants to hold HP responsible for selling this defective laptop to consumers.
