Migliaccio & Rathod, LLP, is investigating Veros Credit for a recent data breach. Veros Credit is an auto loan provider based in California, with a nationwide reach. On December 10, 2021, over one year ago, Veros Credit discovered a data breach on their servers.
Veros Credit has reported that personal identifying information, such as names, has been released in connection with payment card information, account numbers, and PIN numbers. Affected consumers may fall victim to identity theft, have fraudulent withdrawals from their account or credit card charges incurred in their name.
