First National Bank of Pennsylvania Data Breach Investigation

Migliaccio & Rathod, LLP, is investigating a recent data breach at First National Bank of Pennsylvania (“First National Bank”). On September 30, 2022, First National Bank suffered a breach of consumer data, only discovering that breach on approximately October 24. First National Bank has not disclosed what data has been leaked, but similar data breaches have resulted in lost names, addresses, Social Security numbers (SSNs), and payment account information.

Victims of data breaches are often victims of identity theft. They could suffer fraudulent credit card applications in their name, attempted (or successful) transfers from their bank accounts, applications for benefits in their name, or other harms.
