Xbox One Controller Stick Drift Investigation

**UPDATE**

Amended Complaint filed in the Western District of Washington. Click here to view. Please let us know if you are a U.S. resident who has experienced this issue. Questionnaire below.

Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is currently investigating the Xbox One for repeated claims of “stick drift” issues with console controllers. “Stick drift” occurs when a controller joystick’s idle position dramatically shifts, to the extent that the controller registers joystick movement when there is none. This causes major difficulties in standard use of the Xbox One console, including videogame play and menu navigation. Oftentimes, consumers will ignore the issue at first, when it is still minor, only to find the effect gradually worsen over time, such that by the time the joystick barely functions, the controller’s warranty has already expired.

Has your Xbox One Controller Had Issues with Stick Drift?

If so, we would like to speak with you. Please complete the questionnaire below, send us an email at [email protected], or give us a call at (202) 470-3520 for more information.
