Abby Guise is a paralegal who helps run the day-to-day operations of the firm, including client correspondence, case briefing, management, filing, and other general firm maintenance.
Abby graduated with High Honors, Phi Beta Kappa, and President of the Student Body, from Swarthmore College (B.A. in Psychology, Minor in Music) in 2026. Her Senior Honors Thesis explored juror decision-making in criminal cases. As a student, Abby was an Associate in Politics & Public Policy at the Lang Center for Civic & Social Engagement and heavily involved in nonpartisan voter engagement efforts. She also conducted Political Science research on Supreme Court decisions involving the Major Questions Doctrine, which requires federal agencies to receive congressional approval for major decisions with national implications.
