Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is currently investigating Rise Interactive Media & Analytics, LLC, for an apparent failure to protect individual medical data. The data belongs to patients of Edgepark Medical Supplies, also known as RGH Enterprises, Inc. Rise was a third party managing the data. Based on the company’s official filing, the incident resulted in an unauthorized party gaining access to consumers’ names, email addresses, phone numbers, protected health information and insurance information. Rise has begun sending out official notices.
