Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is investigating Arazo Nutrition Joint Support for potentially misleading advertising practices. The product is marketed as containing 65 mg of boswellic acids and 100 mg of turmeric powder.
Testing by ConsumerLab reportedly found that Arazo Nutrition Joint Support contained less than 2.6 mg of its claimed 65 mg of boswellic acids. The testing also reportedly found only 0.07 mg of curcuminoid compounds, despite the product claiming 100 mg of turmeric powder, which ConsumerLab indicated should provide at least approximately 3 mg of curcuminoids.
These reported test results raise questions about whether the product contains the amounts of advertised ingredients consumers reasonably expect based on its labeling. Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is investigating whether consumers were misled about the ingredient content of Arazo Nutrition Joint Support.

- Purchasing Arazo Nutrition Joint Support because it was represented as containing 65 mg of boswellic acids and 100 mg of turmeric powder;
- Paying for a product based on its advertised amounts of boswellic acids and turmeric;
- Receiving a product that may contain substantially less boswellic acids than the amount represented on the label;
- Receiving a product with substantially lower levels of curcuminoid compounds than expected based on its advertised turmeric content; or
- Feeling that the product’s labeling did not accurately describe what they purchased.
