Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is investigating reports that certain Samsung Bespoke induction ranges may experience inaccurate oven temperatures, intermittent shutdowns, electronic-control problems, or other electrical failures.
This investigation is focused on a different problem from accidental activation of Samsung stove controls.
Recent reports involving the Samsung NSI6DG9500 platform describe ovens that allegedly fail to maintain the selected temperature, shut down unexpectedly, or experience other electronic problems during ordinary use.
Consumers Report:
- oven temperatures differing substantially from the selected setting;
- temperature discrepancies reportedly exceeding 100°F;
- ovens intermittently shutting down during cooking;
- touch controls behaving inconsistently;
- electronic or durability problems appearing relatively early in ownership;
- wiring or installation error messages; and
- electrical connection problems.
A May 2026 report involving a Samsung Bespoke induction range also alleged that the appliance displayed a wiring-installation error and that the 4-prong electrical connection area was found melted.
Potential Claims May Include:
- defective temperature-control system;
- defective sensors or electronic controls;
- premature electronics failure;
- defective electrical connection components;
- breach of express or implied warranty;
- failure to adequately disclose recurring problems; and
- unfair or deceptive trade practices.
Signs You May Be Affected:
- You purchased a Samsung Bespoke NSI6DG9500-series induction range;
- your oven temperature differs substantially from the selected temperature;
- food consistently cooks too quickly or too slowly despite using the correct setting;
- the oven shuts down unexpectedly during use;
- electronic controls freeze, fail to respond, or behave inconsistently;
- your range displayed a wiring or installation-related error;
- you experienced melting, overheating, or damage around the electrical connection area;
- Samsung or a service technician replaced sensors, control boards, wiring, or other components; or
- you have service records, temperature measurements, photographs, or error-code information documenting the problem.
The reported problems are not yet sufficiently uniform to establish that every affected range suffers from the same defect. We are investigating whether the temperature, shutdown, and electrical complaints can be traced to a common sensor, control-board, wiring, or electronic architecture.
