Christopher Hadsall

Associate

After joining the firm as a Consumer Protection Fellow, Christopher now serves as an Associate, where he touches cases in all the firm’s diverse practice areas, including data breach, privacy, product defect, and worker’s rights litigation. He is involved in all stages of litigation from drafting complaints and motions to parsing through discovery.

Mr. Hadsall graduated cum laude from Georgetown University in 2021, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Government and American Studies. He graduated cum laude from the George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School in 2024 with his Juris Doctor. During law school, he served as a Research Editor for the George Mason University Civil Rights Law Journal.

Prior to starting with Migliaccio & Rathod, Mr. Hadsall served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Prince William County Circuit Court in Manassas, Virginia. There, he briefed Circuit Court judges on both complex motions and daily dockets, assisted with legal research and writing for a letter opinion, and reviewed various court orders for entry by the judges. During law school, he held two legal internships in the federal government, where he focused on privacy and cybersecurity compliance. He also gained litigation experience by interning with the Civil Litigation Division at the D.C. Office of the Attorney General. He has long been interested in protecting consumers and workers, so he also held many policy internships in these fields prior to law school.
