Lumen Tactical Flashlight Investigation

Lumen Tactical Flashlight Investigation

Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is investigating whether Lumen Tactical is misleading consumers with its advertised brightness for their Nitecore HC65 UHE Headlamp. While the brand is promoting this headlamp as producing 2,000 lumens of light on their Amazon storefront, recent findings suggest that it only produces 1,370 lumens.

This discrepancy may have influenced consumer purchasing decisions and may have enabled Lumen Tactical to generate thousands of dollars in monthly revenue under potentially false or misleading pretenses.

Concerns Over Brightness Claims

Despite branding language suggesting the headlight produces 2,000 lumens of light, industry estimates and consumer research indicate that the flashlight only produces 1,370 lumens.

Consumers May Be Paying More Based on Misleading Branding

Many buyers report purchasing Lumen Tactical products based on their claimed brightness, only to discover later that the light does not match their expectations.
