QuikTrip Voided Customer Rewards Investigation

Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is investigating whether QuikTrip unfairly voided customer rewards points and forced migration to its new QT-Pay system.

What Customers Report About QT-Pay

QuikTrip announced that all QT Rewards points expire September 30, 2025. After that, fuel discounts will only be available through QT-Pay, a direct-debit system requiring customers to link checking accounts. Customers are frustrated at losing old 25¢-per-gallon discounts and being pressured into sharing sensitive bank details for reduced savings.

Why Consumers Should Be Concerned

Rewards points represent earned value, and forcing customers to migrate to a riskier direct-debit system may violate consumer protection laws. Customers should not have to give QuikTrip access to their bank accounts just to maintain fuel discounts.

Signs You May Be Affected by QuikTrip Rewards Changes

  • You had unredeemed QT Rewards points after July 2025
  • Your account was automatically migrated to QT-Pay
  • You were pressured to link a bank account for future discounts
