Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is involved in the Tea Dating Advice, Inc. (“Tea”) investigation regarding a data breach that impacted thousands of individuals and their personal information.

Around July 25, 2025, Tea identified unauthorized access to one of their systems. Tea investigated and determined that an unauthorized party had stolen the personally identifiable information maintained therein. The compromised information includes 72,000 images, including approximately 13,000 selfies and pictures of government IDs provided to Tea by users for account verification purposes, among other publicly available data.

Sources are reporting that the compromised data, including users’ images, have been uploaded to third-party social media platforms.
