On or around April 15, 2025, McKenzie Memorial Hospital became aware of unusual activity on its computer network. McKenzie Memorial Health subsequently conducted an investigation, which determined a cybercriminal had stolen the personally identifiable information maintained therein between April 14, 2025, and April 15, 2025. The compromised information includes the following sensitive data:
- full names
- Social Security numbers
- financial account information

McKenzie Memorial Hospital recently provided notice of the data breach. All of the information stolen is likely valuable and dangerous to affected victims.
