Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is currently investigating Kohler Elate faucets. Customers allege that the faucet’s upward-angled spout, coupled with a restrictive internal valve mechanism, significantly limits the flow of water that comes out of the faucet. Customers also report that water dribbles down from the spout onto the faucet’s base, which pools on the sink and, in severe cases, causes significant water damage. For example, customers have reported online of needing to repair thousands of dollars’ worth of water damage, due to water that pooled on the counter, then dripped down onto the floor, and seeped through the floor onto the ceiling of a below room.
