Our Place “Titanium Always Pan Pro” Investigation

Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is investigating Our Place cookware, including the Titanium Always Pan Pro and Always Pan 2.0, following reports that products marketed as “NoCo non-coating,” “constructed, not coated,” and “PFAS-free” suffer from chipping, corrosion, and surface degradation within a year.

Reported Issues

Consumers describe:

  • Interior “pattern” chipping or wearing away
  • Exterior enamel flaking or corroding
  • Surface damage despite careful use and compliance with instructions
  • Allegations that the pan uses a spray-on coating rebranded as “constructed”
  • Difficulty obtaining warranty relief

These failures allegedly contradict durability and composition claims.

Why Consumers Should Be Concerned

Potential legal issues include:

  • Deceptive practices, if Our Place products are coated despite claims to the contrary
  • Breach of express warranty, including “lasts forever” representations
  • Misrepresentation of PFAS-free claims, if fluorinated compounds are present
  • Diminution-of-value damages, where premium cookware performs like budget alternatives

How a pan is constructed is central—not incidental—to consumer decision-making.
