Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is investigating Kroger Stores for deceptive pricing tactics.

Kroger Stores Pricing

According to a Consumer Reports investigation, shoppers at Kroger and Kroger-owned stores have been unknowingly paying full price at checkout for items that have been advertised as discounted or on sale. In their investigation over several months, Consumer Reports determined that the average overcharge was 18.4% per item. These practices are detrimental to customers, particularly those who are shopping on a strict budget who rely on the advertised lower prices.

These deceptive practices were found at Kroger stores as well as Kroger-owned stores, including Harris Teeter, Fred Meyer, Fry’s, and Ralphs.

If you believe you have been overcharged when shopping at Kroger or Kroger-owned stores, please contact us at [email protected] or (202) 470-3520.

The following will ask for your contact information so that we may reach you to talk about potential claims. This information is for our records only and will not be shared. By continuing, you consent to the collection of this information for these limited purposes.
