2025 Hyundai Tucson Defective Dashboard Investigation

Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is currently investigating the 2025 Hyundai Tucson for a defective dashboard. As manufacturers integrate more screens and displays into their interior design, consumers have seen more physical buttons, dials, and gauges become integrated into digital displays. These technologies therefore require adequate processing power, temperature safeguards, and consistent electrical connections to function properly.

Owners of the 2025 Hyundai Tucson report, however, that their fully-digital driver dashboards, which display driver information such as vehicle speed, shuts off while the vehicle is being driven. A shutdown of the driver dashboard is sometimes preceded by a crackling noise heard over the speakers, but it has also been known to spontaneously fail without warning.
