EG4 Inverter Communication and Battery SOC Error Investigation

Migliaccio & Rathod LLP is investigating reports that EG4 inverter and battery systems frequently suffer from excessive power draw as a result of communication failures, inaccurate state-of-charge readings, and unresolved error codes.

Consumers describe error messages like “00 battery communication error” and persistent F60 codes that force system shutdowns and manual reboots. Others report serious misreporting of battery charge levels (SOC), often caused by battery management system (BMS) malfunctions or firmware that locks out user resets. These issues can cause system downtime and undermine user confidence.
