College Professors Using Artificial Intelligence Investigation

Migliaccio & Rathod is investigating reports that professors at colleges and universities have used Artificial Intelligence tools, such as ChatGPT, to draft exams and coursework, as well as provide feedback to students. M&R is investigating whether these practices may contravene representations made to students about the learning experience at the college or university. M&R is also reviewing reports that some students have demanded tuition refunds due to their professor’s use of AI.

If you are a college student whose professor has used AI to administer exams and provide feedback in a manner that concerns you, we would like to hear from you. Please complete the contact form on this page, send us an email at info@classlawdc.com, or give us a call at (202) 470-3520.
