Google Pixel 4a Battery Performance Investigation

Migliaccio & Rathod is investigating consumer reports that the latest update to the Google Pixel 4a has severely degraded the battery performance of the device and Google has not offered the proper compensation.

Consumers have reported that immediately after installing the update, battery life has plummeted and their devices have barely been able to operate longer than a few hours. While Google has offered compensation in the form of battery repair, $50, or $100 of Google Store credit, access to the $50 requires utilizing a platform that charges over $25 just to use it. When consumers are displeased with the charge to receive their compensation, they cannot switch to another form of compensation.
