Migliaccio & Rathod is involved in the Intel i9 lawsuit investigation. Our firm is considering whether a consumer class action lawsuit would be appropriate, given the company’s actions.
Intel has been in the spotlight recently, with a series of crashes reported across recent generations of the Intel i9 processors. Many gamers have reported issues with Intel i9 Fortnite crashes, Intel i9 Unreal Engine crashes, and Intel i9 Warzone crashes. Intel has recently acknowledged this problem. However, Intel has marketed these processors as able to meet certain specifications, and they clearly are not able to do so.
The Verge has reported that “the only workarounds that seem to improve stability involve manually downclocking or undervolting Intel’s processors. Epic Games has suggested changing the SVID behavior to Intel Fail Safe in the BIOS settings of Asus, Gigabyte, or MSI motherboards.”
Intel’s processors are not meeting the specs they were advertised to have. Migliaccio and Rathod is considering an Intel i9 processor lawsuit.
