Beth Brodsky

Consumer Protection & Litigation Fellow

Beth Brodsky investigates claims, performs legal research, corresponds with clients, drafts court documents, and analyzes datasets for class-action cases. Ms. Brodsky is currently a Consumer Protection and Litigation Fellow at Migliaccio & Rathod, LLP, working across the firm’s practice areas, including data breach cases.

Ms. Brodsky began her legal career as a Louis Brandeis Law and Political Economy Fellow at the Open Markets Institute, a non-profit organization dedicated to stopping monopolies, strengthening antitrust law and competition policy, and promoting fair democracy for all. Her time at Open Markets led to an internship with the U.S. House of Representatives 117th Congress’s House Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on Antitrust, Commercial, and Administrative Law in the Fall of 2021.

Ms. Brodsky graduated magna cum laude with her J.D. in May 2023. Ms. Brodsky made systemic change through her coursework in the UDC David A. Clarke School of Law. She was a student attorney in the UDC Whistleblower Protection Clinic, which aided both corporate and government workers in exercising their whistleblower rights to protect citizens against corruption. She represented individuals in state and federal tax matters as a student attorney in the UDC Tax Clinic.  She was a research assistant for international and local reform on menstrual law and policy. She was also on the UDC Law Review for two years as an Associate Editor and a Notes Editor.

Prior to law school, she worked at two national non-profits in grant management and program operations. During this time, she stewarded large-scale grants related to after-school programming, national neighborhood revitalization, and led community development trainings. Her interest in public service started during her post-graduate AmeriCorps-VISTA year.

Beth Brodsky comes to Migliaccio & Rathod LLP with legal and master’s degree coursework in technology policy, analytics, and privacy governance.
