Kyra Jamison is our senior paralegal who helps lead the paralegal team to run the day-to-day operations of the firm, including client correspondence, case briefing, management, and filing, and other general firm maintenance. Prior to working at Migliaccio & Rathod, Ms. Jamison worked at Poarch Thompson Law as an immigration paralegal for their victim-based practice. Her experience in immigration law expanded her curiosity for other public-interest focused legal fields, which brought her to Migliaccio & Rathod, where she is happy to be working on behalf of the interest of consumers across the country.

Ms. Jamison graduated from the University of Michigan in 2019 (B.A. in Sociology with a Concentration in Law, Justice and Social Change; B.A. in Environmental Studies). During her studies, she explored an interdisciplinary view of the human experience, particularly in legal and other systems of control and power. Ms. Jamison's background is steeped in valuable experience exploring and fighting against many of these systems. She hopes to continue to pursue her passion for helping people as a profession, and believes the law is a good way to keep down this path.
